NFL Week 5 Weather Report: Calm London, Windy Foxborough and Pittsburgh
Week 4 was an extraordinarily beautiful weekend in the NFL, with almost everyone – save dome teams – playing under blue skies and sun on an early October Sunday. This weekend is shaping up to be similar with a few more clouds in store in some cities. Two locations will have decent wind blowing through the stadium.

Let’s check out the weather report.
New Orleans Saints at New England Patriots
Foxborough will host three things on Sunday afternoon. The visiting New Orleans Saints, the local New England Patriots and some passing win. Nothing too dramatic, but the speed at kickoff will be a hair over 16 miles per hour, calming down slightly to a little under 15 mph by late afternoon. It’s said that field goals can get tricky the closer win speeds approach 20 mph.
Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers
Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz Stadium) is known to be a tough place to play due to the occasionally challenging wind. On Sunday, speeds kick up to 19.5 mph right around when the first half will be played. It’s predicted that it won’t get any slower than 17.9 mph. Could this be something of a challenge for the sure-footed Ravens kicker Justin Tucker?
