As the NFL regular season gets into late November, some games don’t excite as much on paper as others. Certain clubs haven’t produced during the first 11 games as such are playing for pride, while some players are playing to either keep their jobs or improve their value during free agency.

That does not, however, mean that contests involving such franchises don’t hold value for betters. Even poor teams have good players, and those good players can put on strong numbers against weak opposition. Enter sneaky good props involving disappointing clubs. NFL Week 12 Good Props on Bad Teams

Rams vs Cardinals

Arizona’s season pretty much ended a few weeks ago. At 2-8, there is no hope for the Cardinals, at least not for the current campaign. The Los Angeles Rams aren’t much better. There was some optimism at the start of the year given that QB Matthew Stafford was healthy again, but at 4-6 they’ve dug themselves a deep hole.

One bright spot in L.A. this season has been rookie WR Puka Nacua. His 897 yards are good for sixth in the NFL and his 69 receptions put him in ninth. We have an over-under prop on 59.5 yards. With Cooper Kupp possibly out (listed as questionable on Friday) it seems likely that Stafford will be looking for his new weapon often after the snap.

Take the over.

Panthers vs Titans

The Carolina Panthers are the worst team in the NFL through 11 weeks. Not one has as bad a record as 1-9, they don’t score many points and concede a bunch. Tennessee is not that much better at 3-7. Since defeating Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau on a November Thursday night in 2022, the team is an unbelievable 3-14. Yikes. But if there’s one team some of its stars should play well against, it would be the Panthers.

Look no further than Derrick Henry. Part of the issue the past few weeks is that he hasn’t had many carries. Only 10 versus Jacksonville and 11 against Tampa Bay. Unless Carolina somehow, someway storms out of the gate for a lead which forces the Titans to throw the ball more than run, this seems like an ideal situation for Henry to have some good vibes.

Take Derrick to rush for more than 67.5 yards.

New England Patriots vs. New York Giants

To think of where these two proud franchises are in 2023 is incredible. Remember, in the late 00s and early 2010s they played each other in two Super Bowls. How times have changed.

On Sunday the 2-8 Patriots head to MetLife Stadium to play the 3-8 New York Giants. New England has deficiencies in a lot of important categories, but run defence isn’t one. The club is ranked ninth in the NFL, conceding only 97.7 yards a match. It’s tempting to imagine that the Giants will have a good game since they can’t throw the ball very well, especially if Saquon Barkley is healthy (listed as questionable as of Friday). But there is one thing Bill Belichick’s teams are known for, it’s pinpointing an opponent’s weakness and making them pay for it. New York isn’t a good passing team (last in the NFL in yards per game) and therefore the Patriots will be ready to stop the run.

Take Giants Rushing Yards under 97.5
