Carolina Panthers at Chicago Bears: Prime-time dud

Week 10 Thursday Night Football is a prime-time dud with two of the worst teams in the NFL going head-to-head. Carolina’s offence has been awful this season and asking Chuba Hubbard to put up more than 43.5 rushing yards seems unlikely. Hubbard has a team-high 328 rushing yards this season, but he’s only finished with more than 43 yards in two of five games. With the Bears allowing the fourth-fewest rushing yards in the NFL per game (79.7), the Under is the play on Hubbard.

NFL Week 10 Prediction: Chuba Hubbard Under 43.5 rushing yards (-115)

New York Jets at Las Vegas Raiders: Sin City Slickers

The Raiders had a great bounce-back win against the Giants in Week 9 after a major franchise shakeup that included firing their head coach and GM. It was a win that could have saved Las Vegas’ season, but one virtual non-factor was Davante Adams. The six-time Pro Bowler finished with just 34 yards on four catches and seven targets. Adams hasn’t shown any chemistry with rookie quarterback Aidan O’Connell or veteran Jimmy Garoppolo and he’ll be going up against the NFL’s third best pass defence in a Jets team that allows an average of just 174.8 passing yards per game. Don’t expect big Week 10 numbers from Adams.

NFL Week 10 Prediction: Davante Adams Under 71.5 receiving yards

Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills: Buffalo bullies

Buffalo has looked terrible on the road this season, but they look like a Super Bowl threat with a 4-1 home record. Josh Allen is a perfect example of why the Bills are so much better on home field. Allen has thrown for 13 touchdowns and just three interceptions with a 117.5 passer rating in Buffalo. It’s a different story on the road, where Allen has five TDs and six INTs for a 79.3 passer rating. He’s back home Monday and he’ll be facing the worst defence in the NFL. The Broncos rank dead last in total yards allowed per game (405.9), 26th in passing yards allowed per game (251.8) and last in rushing yards allowed per game (154.1). Allen will sling it against Denver.

NFL Week 10 Prediction: Josh Allen Over 265.5 passing yards
