We’re five weeks into the 2026 NFL season and the data is really starting to become useful when it comes to player props and fantasy picks.

Entering Week 6, we’re looking at offensive props and circling which teams keep going back to specific players.

Sunday is always the heart of the NFL week, so let’s focus on three player props for Oct. 18.

Here’s our Week 6 fantasy picks and player props.

Ravens vs. Browns: Derrick Henry Over 19.5 rushing attempts

Derrick Henry is a workhorse for the Ravens and that will only continue as Lamar Jackson deals with a sprained ankle. Henry produced at leas 23 carries in four of five games this season, rushing 113 times (22.6 per game) total.

Although Henry has the fifth-most rushing yards in the NFL (476), I’m focused on his carries because his yardage is inconsistent. He’s boosted his rushing totals with 144-yards in the season-opener and 102 yards last week, while finishing below his total in Baltimore’s other three games.

If Henry’s rushing attempts number stays at 19.5, it’s a no-brainer. That’s three carries below his season average and he’s cleared that total by four or more in four of five games.

With Jackson limited or Tyler Huntley starting, the Ravens will once again need to rely on their lead back. I’m on Henry’s rushing attempts total even if it climbs as high as 22.5.

Titans vs. Colts: Jonathan Taylor 75+ rushing yards

I see 75+ rushing yards as a fairly attainable number for Jonathan Taylor. Here’s how Taylor’s numbers break down over the first five games of the season:

Week 1: 19 carries for 98 yards

Week 2: 24 carries for 92 yards

Week 3: 23 carries for 68 yards

Week 4: 20 carries for 95 yards

Week 5: 15 carries for 45 yards

What immediately sticks out about the chart above, is last week’s carry total for Taylor was his lowest of the season, so it’s clear why his rushing yards total dropped off so much.

I’m banking on 15 carries being an outlier for Taylor. He averaged 21.5 carries and 88.3 rushing yards per game over the first month of the year and he cleared his rushing yards total by at least 17 yards in three of those four games.

Tennessee’s rushing defence ranks in the bottom half of the NFL and Taylor rushed for 218 yards, 102 yards and 153 yards respectively in his last three games against the Titans.

Taylor should be back around the 20-carry mark on Sunday and easily clear his rushing yards total.

SNF Cowboys vs. Packers: Christian Watson 75+ receiving yards

The 3-2 Packers have been hit-or-miss this season, which somewhat mimics Christian Watson’s season. Watson has cleared 75 rushing yards easily three times (147 yards, 96 yards, 143 yards), but missed by a lot twice (41 yards, 47 yards).

Still, Watson only needs a couple of big plays to hit 75 receiving yards. Just look at last week he punched in touchdowns for 42 and 53 yards.

Dallas heads to Lambeau Field on Sunday night after puking all over themselves on Thursday Night Football, losing to the Bucs as 8.5 favourites (the largest spread of the week). The Cowboys’ pass defence is also allowing the third-most yards per attempt (8.3) this season and they’re the only team that hasn’t recorded an interception.

I see Green Bay attacking this game in the air and Watson will benefit.
