2023 NFL Week 14 Power Rankings
In addition to Philadelphia, the Kansas City Chiefs have lost ground on the rankings, while the red-hot Indianapolis Colts and Green Bay Packers have stormed into the top ten.

Here are the NFL Betting Power Rankings for Week 14.
1. San Francisco 49ers
SU: 9-3
ATS: 7-5
Super Bowl Odds: +300
Last week’s ranking: 2
The 49ers established themselves as the team to beat in the NFC with last weekend’s rout of the Philadelphia Eagles. With their midseason losing streak now but a distant memory after four straight lopsided wins, the biggest challenge facing the Niners is staying healthy and preparing for a potential Super Bowl preview when they host Baltimore on Christmas Day.
2. Baltimore Ravens
SU: 9-3
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +600
Last week’s ranking: 3
The Ravens enjoyed a bye last weekend, and return to action with the AFC top seed within reach. However, Baltimore remains overvalued on the NFL odds, as evidenced by their inability to cover in three straight games in over three years.
3. Miami Dolphins
SU: 9-3
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +700
Last week’s ranking: 6
The Dolphins have climbed to the top of the AFC standings during a 3-0 SU run. Miami also covered in their recent crushing road wins over the Jets and Commanders, and are poised to extend that run as they prepare to host the Titans and Jets over the next two weeks.
4. Dallas Cowboys
SU: 9-3
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +1000
Last week’s ranking: 7
The Cowboys have emerged as a legit contender for the top of the NFC East thanks to a potent offence that has scored over 40 points four times during their steady 6-1 SU, 5-2 ATS run. However, the Cowboys’ season will likely be defined during their upcoming three-game stretch versus the Eagles, Bills, and Dolphins.
5. Indianapolis Colts
SU: 7-5
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 14
Led by Gardner Minshew and a stingy defence, the Colts have taken full advantage of a favourable schedule during their current 4-0 SU and ATS run. But they face stiffer competition down the stretch, which should temper expectations, especially with star rusher Jonathan Taylor sidelined by injury.
6. Philadelphia Eagles
SU: 10-2
ATS: 7-3-2
Super Bowl Odds: +600
Last week’s ranking: 1
The Eagles failed the big test in last weekend’s crushing loss to San Francisco. Things get no easier for this injury-battered squad ahead of road dates with Dallas and Seattle.
7. Detroit Lions
SU: 9-3
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +1600
Last week’s ranking: 8
The Lions have ridden the NFL’s second-ranked offence to the top of the NFC East standings. But after surrendering 29.3 points per game during their current 3-3 ATS run, Detroit may offer better value to NFL bettors taking the OVER in totals betting.
8. Green Bay Packers
SU: 6-6
ATS: 7-5
Super Bowl Odds: +8000
Last week’s ranking: 15
The Packers have overcome a woeful first half of the season by going 4-1 SU and ATS, highlighted by last weekend’s upset victory over the Chiefs, and enjoy a favourable stretch run with four of their final five games coming against teams currently outside the playioff picture.
9. Denver Broncos
SU: 6-6
ATS: 4-7-1
Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Last week’s ranking: 5
The Broncos saw their five-game win streak snapped with last weekend’s 22-17 loss in Houston. Denver has also covered just once in three games, but have clearly turned the corner, and enjoy a golden opportunity to enrich loyal NFL betting fans down the stretch if they can just find a bit of an offensive spark.
10. Kansas City Chiefs
SU: 8-4
ATS: 7-5
Super Bowl Odds: +500
Last week’s ranking: 4
The Chiefs have ridden the coattails of their recent success all season long, but after going a meager 2-3 SU and ATS over their past five games, their days of being an automatic pick on gameday are over.
11. Los Angeles Rams
SU: 6-6
ATS: 6-5-1
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 16
With Matthew Stafford back at full health, the Rams have won three straight, 2-1 ATS. However, injuries among the receiver corps remain a concern, add to the pressure on a stout Rams defence ahead of this weekend’s visit to Baltimore.
12. Jacksonville Jaguars
SU: 8-4
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +2000
Last week’s ranking: 11
The Jaguars laid an egg in Monday night’s 34-31 overtime loss to the Bengals. The Jags have been reliable during their current 7-2 SU and ATS run, and have won and covered in eight straight regular season road games. However, the potential loss of Trevor Lawrence could change everything.
13. Cleveland Browns
SU: 7-5
ATS: 6-5-1
Super Bowl Odds: +8000
Last week’s ranking: 10
The Browns return home riding a rare two-game SU and ATS losing streak. Injuries up and down the lineup remain a massive concern, but Joe Flacco’s surprising debut under center provides reason to be hopeful down the stretch.
14. Las Vegas Raiders
SU: 5-7
ATS: 6-6
Super Bowl Odds: +50000
Last week’s ranking: 17
The Raiders return from last week’s bye riding a two-game SU losing streak. Las Vegas has overcome their early-season struggles at the sportsbook by covering in three of their past four, but will be hard pressed to maintain that momentum down the stretch.
15. Houston Texans
SU: 7-5
ATS: 6-6
Super Bowl Odds: +5000
Last week’s ranking: 18
CJ Stroud and the Texans demonstrated their ability to overcome a smothering defence in past weekend’s victory over Denver. But while the Texans have won seven of 10, they have yet to live up to heightened expectations while going just 2-4 ATS.
16. Cincinnati Bengals
SU: 6-6
ATS: 5-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +20000
Last week’s ranking: 19
Jake Browning made Bengals fans forget Joe Burrow, at least temporarily, with his performance in Monday’s win over Jacksonville. However, with the Cincy defence surrendering 30 or more points three times during the team’s 1-3 SU and ATS run, sports bettors should proceed with caution.
17. New York Giants
SU: 4-8
ATS: 4-7-1
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 22
Can Tommy DeVito maintain the magic after enjoying a bye last weekend? The Giants return to action looking to win and cover in three straight for the first time this season, but with their four wins this season coming against Washington, Arizona, and New England, expectations should remain tempered.
18. Atlanta Falcons
SU: 6-6
ATS: 4-8
Super Bowl Odds: +8000
Last week’s ranking: 23
The Falcons ended an epic 1-8 ATS slide with decisive wins in their past two outings, and now sit atop the NFC South standings. Atlanta’s dominance over NFC South rivals breeds confidence as they prepare for three divisional matchups down the stretch.
19. Minnesota Vikings
SU: 6-6
ATS: 7-4-1
Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Last week’s ranking: 9
The harsh reality of Kirk Cousins’ absence is finally starting to sink in for the Vikings, who have scored just 30 total points while losing two straight. But with favourable matchups over the next two weeks, there is still time to salvage their season.
20. Los Angeles Chargers
SU: 5-7
ATS: 5-7
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 20
The Chargers can blame the weather for last week’s last of offence in their 6-0 win in New England, but with just 12 points scored per game over their past three, and 20 or fewer points scored in five of their past eight, and the Chargers are candidates to be faded going into a tough stretch run.
21. Chicago Bears
SU: 4-8
ATS: 5-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +100000
Last week’s ranking: 21
The Bears were invigorated by the recent return of quarterback Justin Fields, and have now paid out ATS in three of their past four. But scoring still comes at a premium for this team, which has reached 20 points just twice in seven games, and have covered just once on home turf this season.
22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
SU: 5-7
ATS: 7-5
Super Bowl Odds: +15000
Last week’s ranking: 13
The Buccaneers managed to consistently pay out against the spread despite coming up on the scoreboard, but have now lost two straight ATS, and struggled to get past Carolina last weekend with Baker Mayfield playing on an injured ankle.
23. Arizona Cardinals
SU: 3-10
ATS: 7-6
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 29
Kyler Murray has led the Cardinals on a 2-2 SU, 3-1 ATS run since his return. However, the 30th-ranked Cardinals defence has to do better, especially on home turf, where they have allowed over 31 points per game over their past four contests.
24. Buffalo Bills
SU: 6-6
ATS: 4-8
Super Bowl Odds: +3000
Last week’s ranking: 24
With a bye last weekend, the Bills had plenty of time to think about how they have lost their way during their current 3-6 SU, 1-8 ATS run. Without question, this team has the tools to bounce back and muscle its way back into playoff contention, but face moments of truth in upcoming dates with Kansas City and Dallas.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers
SU: 7-5
ATS: 7-5
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 12
Already struggling to generate offence, the loss of quarterback Kenny Pickett indefinitely leaves the Steelers with a mountain to climb going into the final month of the season.
26. Tennessee Titans
SU: 4-8
ATS: 5-7
Super Bowl Odds: +100000
Last week’s ranking: 25
Will Levis may represent the future in Tennessee. But with the Titans defence allowing over 30 points in two of three outings, and opposing pass offences looking to have already figured out the rookie quarterback, it is now all about next season in Tennessee.
27. Seattle Seahawks
SU: 6-6
ATS: 6-5-1
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 26
With losses in four of their past five games, and injuries piling up on offence, there is little hope that the Seahawks can salvage their playoff hopes and turn around a shaky 3-4-1 ATS run ahead of dates with the 49ers and Eagles.
28. Carolina Panthers
SU: 1-1
ATS: 3-8-1
Super Bowl Odds: OTB
Last week’s ranking: 32
The Panthers have lost five straight, but have covered in two straight road dates, and limited opponents to 21 or fewer points in three of their past four. Now well positioned to play spoiler ahead of consecutive divisional matchups, this team could offer value as a betting underdog.
29. New Orleans Saints
SU: 5-7
ATS: 2-9-1
Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Last week’s ranking: 27
Losers in three straight, the Saints have also lost against the spread in four straight. This team now enjoys a golden opportunity to turn things around in their upcoming dates with Carolina and the Giants, but with the offence currently decimated by injury, sports bettors should not hold their breath.
30. New York Jets
SU: 4-8
ATS: 4-7-1
Super Bowl Odds: +75000
Last week’s ranking: 28
The Jets extended the NFL’s longest current ATS losing streak to five games with last week’s loss to the Falcons. And with an average of just nine points scored per game during their current 0-5 SU run, there is little reason for optimism as they prepare to face the high-scoring Texans and Dolphins.
31. Washington Commanders
SU: 4-9
ATS: 5-7-1
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 30
The Commanders have been embarrassed while surrendering 37.5 points per game during their current 0-4 SU run. Quarterback Sam Howell has remained the only bright spot on a moribund Washington offence that has scored just 14.7 points over the past three games.
32. New England Patriots
SU: 2-10
ATS: 2-10
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 31
SU and ATS losers in eight of nine, the Patriots have scored just 13 total points and one touchdown over their past three games, leaving little room for optimism ahead of a stretch run that features dates with four opponents desperate for wins to stay in the playoff hunt.
