2023 NFL Week 13 Power Rankings
The Denver Broncos have entered the top ten in the wake of their fifth straight win, while the Bills, New Orleans Saints, and Los Angeles Chargers continue to tumble.

Here are the NFL Betting Power Rankings for Week 13.
1. Philadelphia Eagles
SU: 10-1
ATS: 7-2-2
Super Bowl Odds: +400
Last week’s ranking: 1
The Eagles established themselves as the class of the NFL while posting SU and ATS wins over Miami, Dallas, Kansas City, and Buffalo during their five-game win streak. Can they maintain that momentum in their upcoming dates with the Niners and Cowboys?
2. San Francisco 49ers
SU: 8-3
ATS: 6-5
Super Bowl Odds: +400
Last week’s ranking: 4
The 49ers look to have regained their early-season form while winning three straight, each by double-digit margins, but have still covered in just two of six overall, and in just three of six on the road this season.
3. Baltimore Ravens
SU: 9-3
ATS: 8-4
Super Bowl Odds: +750
Last week’s ranking: 7
The Ravens have seen their three losses this season come by a combined margin of just 12 points, and put their vast potential on display during their past two games, winning and covering by double-digit margins in victories over Cincinnati and the Chargers.
4. Kansas City Chiefs
SU: 8-3
ATS: 7-4
Super Bowl Odds: +450
Last week’s ranking: 9
The Chiefs extended their historical dominance over the Raiders with last week’s 31-17 win, but have failed to win and cover in consecutive outings over their past four games, and have scored 21 or fewer points in four of six home contests.
5. Denver Broncos
SU: 6-5
ATS: 4-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +6600
Last week’s ranking: 11
Arguably the hottest team in the NFL right now, the Broncos’ current 5-90 SU run is their longest in regular-season action since 2015. Denver has also covered in four of five while giving up just 16 points per game.
6. Miami Dolphins
SU: 8-3
ATS: 7-4
Super Bowl Odds: +800
Last week’s ranking: 10
The Dolphins ended their three-game road slide with last weekend’s rout of the New York Jets, but have still managed to cover in consecutive games just once while going 4-4 ATS in their past eight games, and are winless SU and ATS in three straight against teams in the playoff picture.
7. Dallas Cowboys
SU: 8-3
ATS: 8-3
Super Bowl Odds: +1000
Last week’s ranking: 6
The Cowboys have faced little resistance while beating up on inferior opponents in their past three games, but are winless in their only two dates against teams currently in the playoff picture. Accordingly, expectations should be tempered as Dallas enters a challenging stretch run.
8. Detroit Lions
SU: 8-3
ATS: 7-4
Super Bowl Odds: +1600
Last week’s ranking: 2
The Lions remain the team to beat in the NFC North. However, Detroit has failed to keep pace with steadily heightening expectations. In addition to last week’s outright loss to Green Bay, the Lions also failed to cover in their 31-26 win over Chicago two weeks ago.
9. Minnesota Vikings
SU: 6-6
ATS: 7-4-1
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 3
The Vikings have now scored just 30 total points while losing straight, and failed to cover for the first time in seven games in last week’s loss to the Bears. Minnesota has seen 11 of its first 12 games getting settled by just one score, and sports a 2-2 ATS record as betting chalk.
10. Cleveland Browns
SU: 7-4
ATS: 6-4-1
Super Bowl Odds: +6600
Last week’s ranking: 5
The Browns’ lack of scoring prowess was on full display in last week’s loss in Denver. Cleveland is now also 1-3-1 ATS in five road dates, and will have to lean heavily on their potent defence in upcoming dates with the Rams, Jaguars, Bears, and Texans.
11. Jacksonville Jaguars
SU: 8-3
ATS: 8-3
Super Bowl Odds: +1600
Last week’s ranking: 8
The Jaguars did just enough to claim their seventh SU and ATS win in eight games with last weekend’s victory in Houston. The Jags have also won outright in two of three as betting underdogs, but have been a massive disappointment while going 2-3 SU and 1-4 ATS in their past five while favoured by five or more points.
12. Pittsburgh Steelers
SU: 7-4
ATS: 7-4
Super Bowl Odds: +6600
Last week’s ranking: 12
No passing game, no problem for the Steelers, who have clawed their way into the playoff picture on the strength of stingy defence. However, Pittsburgh is winless SU and ATS in its past two as a betting underdog, ending an impressive 7-1 SU and ATS run.
13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
SU: 4-7
ATS: 7-4
Super Bowl Odds: +25000
Last week’s ranking: 13
The Buccaneers have lost six of seven, but have continued to reward sports bettors on the NFL odds by covering in four of their past five. But after topping 20 points just once in the past seven games, it is tough to get behind this team as betting chalk.
14. Indianapolis Colts
SU: 6-5
ATS: 7-4
Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Last week’s ranking: 15
The Colts have battled their way into playoff contention during a three-game SU and ATS surge. Indy has allowed just 13 points per game over that stretch, and enjoys a favourable schedule over the final six weeks of the season.
15. Green Bay Packers
SU: 5-6
ATS: 6-5
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 22
The Packers have shown signs of making a late-season turnaround while winning three of four including back-to-back wins over the Chargers and Lions as betting underdogs.
16. Los Angeles Rams
SU: 5-6
ATS: 5-5-1
Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Last week’s ranking: 23
The Rams enjoyed a welcome offensive outburst in last weekend’s rout of the Cardinals. Now enjoying good health for the first time this season, can the Rams halt a 1-4 ATS in their upcoming swing through the AFC north? It’s a tall order.
17. Las Vegas Raiders
SU: 5-7
ATS: 6-6
Super Bowl Odds: +30000
Last week’s ranking: 14
The Raiders saw an impressive five-game win streak on home turf snapped with last week’s decisive defeat at the hands of the Chiefs. After scoring more than 17 points just once during their current 2-4 SU swoon, the Raiders have a mountain to climb against superior offences in their upcoming dates with the Vikings and Raiders.
18. Houston Texans
SU: 6-5
ATS: 5-6
Super Bowl Odds: +6600
Last week’s ranking: 17
The Texans have seen seven straight games get settled by a single score, but have also seen their fortunes steadily fade amid higher expectations, going 1-4 ATS in their past five outings.
19. Cincinnati Bengals
SU: 5-6
ATS: 4-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +30000
Last week’s ranking: 16
With Joe Burrow lost for the season, the Bengals have performed as expected while losing three straight, and must now run the gauntlet as they get set to face opponents with playoff aspirations in their final six games of the season.
20. Los Angeles Chargers
SU: 4-7
ATS: 4-7
Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Last week’s ranking: 18
SU and ATS losers in three straight, the vaunted Chargers offence has also scored just 15 points per game over their past two outings.
21. Chicago Bears
SU: 4-8
ATS: 5-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +75000
Last week’s ranking: 26
The Bears have been transformed by the return of Justin Fields, winning and cover in two of their past three. Chicago is also 4-1 ATS in five road dates, all as underdogs, and 2-2 SU and 2-1-1 ATS in their past four when pegged as underdogs by five or fewer points.
22. New York Giants
SU: 4-8
ATS: 4-7-1
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 28
Tommy DeVito has far exceeded expectations in his brief stint as starting quarterback, tossing for six TDs in three games with little protection, and leading the Giants to consecutive outright wins as betting underdogs.
23. Atlanta Falcons
SU: 5-6
ATS: 3-8
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 29
The Falcons have climbed to the top of the NFC South despite going 3-6 SU and 2-7 ATS in the past nine games, and losing outright in their past four as betting chalk.
24. Buffalo Bills
SU: 6-6
ATS: 4-8
Super Bowl Odds: +3500
Last week’s ranking: 19
The Bills find themselves in desperation mode in the wake of their fifth loss in eight games, and sport a meagre 1-7 ATS record over that stretch, and will ride a 1-4 SU and ATS record on the road into Kansas City when they return to action in Week 14.
25. Tennessee Titans
SU: 4-7
ATS: 5-6
Super Bowl Odds: +50000
Last week’s ranking: 25
The Titans snapped a three-game SU and ATS slide with last weekend’s narrow win over the Panthers. Tennessee has won and covered in two straight at home, but with 15.2 points scored per game while failing to cover in consecutive games during a 3-6 ATS run, there is little reason for optimism.
26. Seattle Seahawks
SU: 6-5
ATS: 5-5-1
Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Last week’s ranking: 20
Winless in three of four, the Seahawks have also covered the spread in just two of their past seven contests, and will likely see their season decided in their upcoming dates with Dallas, San Francisco, and Philadelphia.
27. New Orleans Saints
SU: 5-6
ATS: 2-8-1
Super Bowl Odds: +8000
Last week’s ranking: 21
The Saints continued to be a massive disappointment while falling 24-15 in Atlanta last weekend that bounced them from the top of the NFC South standings. The Saints have particularly struggled while going winless ATS in six straight home dates.
28. New York Jets
SU: 4-7
ATS: 4-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +75000
Last week’s ranking: 24
With Tim Boyle anointed as starting quarterback, the Jets could be poised to shift into tank mode after averaging just 9.3 points while losing and failing to cover in their past four games.
29. Arizona Cardinals
SU: 2-10
ATS: 6-6
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 27
Things went from bad to worse for the Cardinals in last week’s crushing home loss to the Rams. Arizona has now lost eight nine overall, and scored more than 16 points just three times in 10 games.
30. Washington Commanders
SU: 4-8
ATS: 5-6-1
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 30
Losers in eight of their past 10, and have been outscored by a massive 76-29 margin while losing their past two. A defensive resurgence will be necessary for this team to turn it around down the stretch.
31. New England Patriots
SU: 2-9
ATS: 2-9
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 31
The Patriots have now lost four straight, and have produced one scoring pass while averaging just 10 points scored over their past three outings. There is little reason to expect a turnaround going into one of the toughest stretch run schedules in the league.
32. Carolina Panthers
SU: 1-10
ATS: 2-8-1
Super Bowl Odds: +150000
Last week’s ranking: 32
The axe finally fell on head coach frank Reich after the Panthers’ fourth straight defeat last weekend. Carolina has scored just 11.5 points per game during its 0-4 SU run, but has covered the spread twice in the past five games.
