Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons have improved slightly to +2200 despite the absence of Cade Cunningham, winning five of their last six, with the lone loss coming in OT against the Thunder, signalling market confidence in their depth. The Boston Celtics remain steady contenders at +600, while the New York Knicks have drifted slightly to +1900.
