He’d been pulled after posting the worst outing of his career. Earning just one out on 38 pitches, Manoah’s performance set the tone for the game, and the reigning World Series champs blew the Jays out of their own building, scoring six runs in the first inning alone as they cruised to an 11-4 victory.

Bettors are much more confident in tonight’s pitcher, Kevin Gausman. In 12 starts so far this season he’s 4-3 with a 2.76 ERA. In his last few starts, he’s 2-0 with three earned on 15 hits and nine walks in 20.0 innings.

WNBA: LA Sparks vs. Seattle Storm

The Seattle Storm lost two of their best players in the offseason – Sue Bird to retirement and Breanna Stewart to the New York Liberty. Those losses are making themselves very apparent, as the Storm has yet to win a game so far this season, which is their worst start in 23 years.

Despite a valiant 37-point effort from Jewell Loyd, Seattle couldn’t get the win, but tonight’s rematch against the Sparks could be a turning point for the struggling Storm.
