Indians at Yankees, Mariners at Tigers Weekend Baseball Betting Highlights!
Frank Doyle previews all of this weekend’s MLB series!
Cleveland at New York. Whatever karmic force has been unleashed in the Universe to make LeBron fall apart in the NBA Finals seems to be at the cost of the Indians, who are slumping after their good start. And The Bronx isn’t a good place to get out of slump, not least against some Yankees who are ticked off after getting handed their hats in Boston.
Seattle at Detroit. Seattle is playing really well currently. Pineda is up for the M’s on Saturday, King Felix on Sunday. A stern test for the Tigers.
Tampa Bay at Baltimore. The Rays came back to life with a sweep of the Angels. Another tough weekend in store for Baltimore.
Boston at Toronto. Boston’s weak start is a dim memory. The pitching remains a worry but the bats are on fire. Bad news for the Blue Jays, Boston’s hosts this weekend.
Oakland at Chicago White Sox. Oakland has lost ten games straight. It couldn’t bat, and now it can’t pitch. The White Sox fightback in the AL Central continues tonight.
Texas at Minnesota. The Twins are 7-3 over their last ten, but six of those wins have been on the road. Minnesota still has a miserable 7-15 home record – can they keep winning against the Rangers?
Kansas City at Anaheim. The Angels, like the A’s, are in the tank for no obvious reason. But The Royals aren’t all that either you know.
NATIONAL LEAGUE
Chicago Cubs at Philadelphia. Carlos Zambrano had a pop at a team-mate during the week. How unlucky for Carlos that his next start is at Philly against Roy Halladay. No pressure then, big man.
NY Mets at Pittsburgh. We’re all about MLB betting, but if Pittsburgh could do something this year – well, you’d just have to cheer, wouldn’t you?
Arizona at Florida. Arizona has suddenly become a team that’s very, very hard to beat. The Diamondbacks are a tempting underdog bet at the Marlins this weekend.
Atlanta at Houston. Tim Hudson got shelled last time out for the Braves – he’s on the hill tonight when Atlanta visits Houston.
St Louis at Milwaukee. It should be a sellout showdown on Saturday in St Louis when the Cardinals’ Chris Carpenter takes on the Brewers’ Zach Greinke.
Dodgers at Rockies. The very definition of .500 ball on a good day.
Washington at San Diego. The Padres mightn’t be very good but at least the weather is nice. That’s something, right?
Cincinnati at San Francisco. A textbook duel of hitting versus pitching. The Giants are third in the National League in ERA and WHIP, the Reds are 14th. The Reds are third in batting average, the Giants 14th. Perfect symmetry.
