It’s a mad scramble for the playoffs as the CFL flips the page to Week 19.

With only Ottawa and Hamilton eliminated from postseason contention, there’s still plenty up for grabs this week as Winnipeg and Calgary duke it out for the crossover spot, while the Lions continue to chase the Elks for first in the West Division.

Let’s get back into it with out Week 19 power rankings.

You can see our full Week 19 game previews and score predictions here.

(Last week’s rankings listed in brackets)

1. Montreal Alouettes (1)

Record: 12-3

Week 18 result: W 37-10 vs. WPG

Week 19 opponent: vs. SSK

Grey Cup odds: +165

It seemed like a forgone conclusion and now it’s official, Montreal officially clinched the East Division with last week’s blowout win over the Blue Bombers and they will host the East Final on Nov. 7.

Tyson Philpot was the story of last week with a season-high 207 receiving yards. It was a record-breaking performance that saw Philpot become the franchise leader for most receptions in a single season, most receptions by a Canadian in a single season and most receiving yards by a Canadian in a single season.

Up next for the Als, is a rematch of the 112th Grey Cup against Saskatchewan, which will also serve as the regular season home finale as Montreal seeks to clinch a perfect record at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium.

2. B.C. Lions (3)

Record: 9-6

Week 18 result: W 24-17 @ TOR

Week 19 opponent: vs. OTT

Grey Cup odds: +450

B.C. is easily the hottest team in the CFL, winning eight of their last nine games while overtaking the Roughriders for second in the West Division.

The Lions managed to win last week despite producing no offensive points, with kicker Sean Whyte nailing eight straight field goals.

This week’s home matchup against the winless RedBlacks is a perfect get-right recipe for Nathan Rourke and the offence.

3. Edmonton Elks (2)

Record: 11-4

Week 18 result: Bye

Week 19 opponent: @ HAM

Grey Cup odds: +375

Edmonton drops to third in the power rankings despite coming off a bye.

The Elks’ Week 17 win over the hapless Tiger-Cats needed overtime, so the rest likely came at the right time for Edmonton to turn the ship around.

Going right back at Hamilton on the road this week could do a lot to improve this team’s confidence over the final few weeks of the regular season.

4. Toronto Argonauts (4)

Record: 9-7

Week 18 result: L 24-17 vs. BC

Week 19 opponent: Bye

Grey Cup odds: +500

The Argos lost against B.C. last week, but it wasn’t all doom and gloom. It was a close decision against the best team in the league over the last few months and Toronto was still able to clinch hosting duties for the East semifinal on Oc.t 31.

The Argonauts head into this week’s bye hoping the time off will be enough to get quarterback Chad Kelly healthy for a Week 20 trip to Ottawa.

5. Calgary Stampeders (7)

Record: 8-8

Week 18 result: W 37-31 @ SSK

Week 19 opponent: @ WPG

Grey Cup odds: +2200

The Stamps are the biggest movers on this week’s power rankings thanks to an impressive win in Saskatchewan.

Vernon Adams Jr. returned to his early-season M.O.P. form by throwing for 242 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions.

With the crossover rule in effect this season, this week’s matchup against Winnipeg is absolutely essential for both teams as the Bombers trail Calgary by two points for fourth-place in the West Division.

6. Saskatchewan Roughriders (5)

Record: 8-7

Week 18 result: L 37-31 vs. CGY

Week 19 opponent: @ MTL

Grey Cup odds: +900

I’m officially concerned about the defending Grey Cup champs after they dropped a third straight game last week.

Even more concerning is the fact all three losses have come against West Division opponents, dropping Saskatchewan into a tie with Calgary in the standings, although the Riders have a game in-hand.

Sasky closes out the regular season with three huge matchups that won’t be easy as they get set for a home-and-home against the Alouettes before hosting the Elks.

7. Winnipeg Blue Bombers (6)

Record: 7-8

Week 18 result: L 37-10 @ MTL

Week 19 opponent: vs. CGY

Grey Cup odds: +1600

It’s dire straits in Winnipeg at the moment as they’ve dropped three of their last four games and they’re without quarterback Zach Collaros.

The Blue Bombers need to look at the glass as half full, however, as they control their own destiny.

This week’s matchup against Calgary is a must-win with Winnipeg trailing the Stampeders by two points in the standings.

8. Hamilton Tiger-Cats (8)

Record: 5-11

Week 18 result: W 34-16 @ OTT

Week 19 opponent: vs. EDM

After going winless since Week 11, Hamilton was gifted an almost guaranteed two points in their dub over Ottawa last week.

Kenny Lawler was the standout performer, hitting the century mark for the first time this season with 132 receiving yards and two TDs.

The Ti-Cats now have an opportunity to put up back-to-back wins for the first time since June when they visit Edmonton this week, who they took to overtime in Week 17.

9. Ottawa RedBlacks (9)

Record: 0-15

Week 18 result: L 34-16 vs. HAM

Week 19 opponent: @ BC

We might have to retire last-place in the power rankings as a permanent tribute to the RedBlacks’ 2026 season.

There’s not much more to say about Ottawa. They’re still winless on the year and it would be shocking if that changed on the road against B.C.
