- A few names to keep an eye on: Loui Eriksson, Jonathan Drouin, Mikkel Boedker, and Nial Yakupov.
- Do we really think Justin Schultz was the only problem in Edmonton? It wouldn’t be surprising to see one of Edmonton’s young kids on the move. Could Taylor Hall and his $6 million-contract really be moved? If he’s available, teams will be lining up.

- McKenzie thinks the Habs could move Devante Smith-Pelly, assuming another team actually wants DSP.
- Hurricanes likely not done after trading Staal. John-Michael Liles expected to be moved. Maybe Jeff Skinner too?

- Appears unlikely Yakupov moves now, which is surprising. Figured some team would take a flier in exchange for a mid-round pick.
- Brian Burke essentially says defenceman Kris Russell will be moved today.
