Before the 2010 season, the NFL made a smart scheduling change in making all Week 17 games played intradivisional matchups. Division titles mean very little in the NBA or NHL, but they are extremely important in the NFL as they guarantee the winner at least one home playoff game. Here’s a quick look at all Week 17 matchups with Sports Interaction NFL odds, all on Sunday. We will also have you covered with previews throughout the playoffs.

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons

Point spread: Atlanta -6.5 Total: 55.5 The Falcons have won the NFC South but still have something to play for: the No. 2 seed in the conference. A win accomplishes that. This is also the final regular-season game at the Georgia Dome with the club moving to an amazing new downtown stadium next year. Atlanta won the first meeting 45-32 in Week 3 in New Orleans. The Falcons’ Tevin Coleman rushed for three scores and Matt Ryan threw for two. Drew Brees threw for 376 yards and three TDs in the loss. Pick ATS: Falcons

Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals

Point spread: Bengals -2.5 Total: TBA Both teams are eliminated from the playoff chase. The Ravens’ last-second loss to Pittsburgh on Sunday clinched their fate. Baltimore beat Cincinnati 19-14 in Week 12 behind four Justin Tucker field goals. Joe Flacco threw for 234 yards and a score to help the Ravens end a five-game skid against the Bengals. Pick ATS: Bengals

New York Giants at Washington Redskins

Point spread: Washington -8 Total: 44 New York lost in Philadelphia last Thursday but clinched the NFC’s top wild-card spot tanks to Tampa Bay’s loss Saturday, so this means nothing for the Giants. Washington needed Detroit to win in Dallas on Monday to have a shot at the playoffs. The Skins would be in if that happens and with a win here. Washington won in New York 29-27 in Week 3. Dustin Hopkins kicked a 37-yard field goal with 1:51 to play, his fifth successful FG of the day. The Giants turned it over three times and had 11 penalties for 128 yards. Pick ATS: Redskins

Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans

Point spread: Tennessee -3 Total: 40.5 The Texans clinched the AFC South with a win over Cincinnati on Saturday and Tennessee’s upset loss in Jacksonville. The Titans not only were eliminated from the playoffs, they lost starting quarterback Marcus Mariota to a broken leg. Houston beat Tennessee 27-20 in Week 4. Will Fuller had a tiebreaking 67-yard punt return for a touchdown. The rookie also caught a TD pass. Pick ATS: Titans

Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Point spread: Tampa Bay -4 Total: 47 The Bucs need a win and tons of help to make the playoffs after losing in New Orleans on Saturday. Defending NFC champion Carolina has been eliminated. Tampa Bay beat Carolina 17-14 in Week 5. Cam Newton missed that game, and Roberto Aguayo kicked a 38-yard field goal as time expired. The Panthers had four turnovers behind backup QB Derek Anderson. Pick ATS: Bucs

Jacksonville Jaguars at Indianapolis Colts

Point spread: Indianapolis -6 Total: 47 Both teams are playing out the string. One of Jacksonville’s few wins this year was Week 4 in London over Indianapolis, 30-27. Blake Bortles threw for two touchdowns and ran for another. The Colts were down 23-6 entering the fourth. Pick ATS: Colts

New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins

Point spread: New England -8 Total: 44.5 The Patriots still are playing for the AFC’s top seed. They get it with a victory here or Raiders loss. Miami clinched a wild-card spot with Saturday’s OT victory in Buffalo. New England beat Miami 31-24 in Week 2. With Tom Brady suspended then, Jimmy Garoppolo started and threw for three touchdowns before leaving with a second-quarter injury. The Fins almost rallied from a 31-3 deficit. Pick ATS: Patriots

Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings

Point spread: Minnesota -5.5 Total: 41 This one means nothing. It benefits Chicago to lose to help its draft status, while the Vikings don’t even own their first-round pick as it heads to Philadelphia thanks to the Sam Bradford trade on the eve of the season. Chicago beat Minnesota 20-10 in Week 8. Jay Cutler was still healthy then and threw for 252 yards and a TD. Jordan Howard rushed for 153 yards and a score. Pick ATS: Vikings

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets

Point spread: Buffalo -6 Total: 44 These two are playing out the string and both teams seem likely to fire their head coaches — Rex Ryan of the Bills and Todd Bowles of the Jets — as soon as next Monday. New York beat Buffalo 37-31 in Week 2 to end a five-game losing streak in the series. Matt Forte had three touchdown runs. Pick ATS: Jets

Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles

Point spread: TBA Total: TBA Short week for Dallas after hosting Detroit on Monday. It will be interesting to see what the Cowboys do here in terms of playing their starters as they have clinched the NFC East and the top seed in the playoffs. But that means a first-round bye, so do you want key guys having two full weeks off and perhaps getting a bit rusty? I’d imagine the starters play the first half only if that. Philly has nothing to play for and lost in Dallas 29-23 in overtime in Week 8. Dak Prescott threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Jason Witten in OT after leading a 10-point comeback in the fourth quarter. Pick ATS: Eagles

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers

Point spread: Pittsburgh -7 Total: TBA The Steelers won the AFC North on Sunday and have no reason to care here. Ditto the Browns, who avoided winless infamy with a victory over San Diego on Saturday. Pittsburgh won in Cleveland 24-9 in Week 11. Le’Veon Bell rushed for 146 yards and a touchdown. The Browns had 209 yards and their quarterbacks were sacked eight times. So a typical Cleveland performance. Pick ATS: Steelers

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams

Point spread: Arizona -6.5 Total: 41 Two more teams playing out the string. Who will be the Rams’ head coach when they next take the field in the 2017 preseason? You keep hearing rumors of ESPN’s Jon Gruden, the former Raiders and Bucs coach who won a Super Bowl with Tampa Bay. Could this be the final game in a Cardinals uniform for veterans Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald? The Rams won in Arizona 17-13 in Week 4 to improve to 3-1 at the time and first place in the NFC West. That seems like forever ago for that terrible team. Pick ATS: Cardinals

Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos

Point spread: Denver -2 Total: TBA A devastating win on Saturday for Oakland as it lost quarterback Derek Carr, an MVP candidate, to a broken leg, so now it’s Matt McGloin‘s team. But if the Raiders win this game or the Chiefs lose at San Diego in Week 17, the Raiders will win AFC West. Oakland also could get the AFC’s top seed with a victory and New England loss in Miami. Defending Super Bowl champion Denver was eliminated from the playoffs with a loss in Kansas City on Sunday night. Oakland beat Denver 30-20 in Week 9. Latavius Murray ran for 114 yards and three touchdowns. Khalil Mack had two sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Pick ATS: Broncos

Kansas City Chiefs at San Diego Chargers

Point spread: Kansas City -4.5 Total: TBA Kansas City has clinched a wild-card spot but could win the AFC West with a victory and Raiders loss. This will be a sad day in San Diego as the Chargers are all but locks to move to Los Angeles for next season to join the Rams. I have a feeling the players will be really pumped up to go out as winners in front of those fans. The Chargers and Chiefs opened the season in Kansas City and K.C. won 33-27 in overtime, rallying from a 17-point deficit. That pretty much foreshadowed San Diego’s season of tough losses. Pick ATS: Chargers

Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers

Point spread: Seattle -9.5 Total: 43 The Seahawks are NFC West champions but need a victory and some help to get the NFC’s No. 2 seed and a first-round bye. The 49ers ended a 13-game losing streak with a victory in L.A. on Saturday. Seattle beat San Francisco 37-18 in Week 3. Christine Michael, who is no longer with the Seahawks, rushed for 106 yards and two scores. Blaine Gabbert was the Niners’ QB back then and threw for 119 yards and a pick. Pick ATS: Seahawks

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions

Point spread: TBA Total: TBA The Sunday night game. Short week for the Lions as they played in Dallas on Monday. This will be for the NFC North title regardless of that result. I will have a preview of this here at Sports Interaction on Tuesday. Pick ATS: Packers
