Nick Nurse, Raptors, 2020

Bettors should assume head coach Nick Nurse will rest his key rotation players extensively over his team’s final three seeding games. The Raptors have already secured the second seed in the East.

The Milwaukee Bucks have done little in the NBA restart to fill bettors with confidence. The favourites to come out of the Eastern Conference have a chance to pick up a statement win and pick up some much needed momentum for the playoffs when they take on Kyle Lowry and the defending NBA champion Toronto Raptors on Monday.

NBA Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The Raptors improved to 4-1 straight up and against the spread in the NBA bubble after they took out Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday afternoon.

The Dinos’ defence was the story again on Sunday. They held Memphis to just 99 points – and extending their Under streak to six games. Toronto has allowed 103 or fewer points in four of its five games in the bubble.

Milwaukee comes into Monday’s showdown following an overtime loss to Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday. The Bucks dropped to 2-3 SU and ATS since arriving in Orlando for the restart.

They’ve still locked up the first overall seed in the conference and they have fared well against the Raps this season. Cream City is unbeaten in two games against the Drakes and the club covered the spread in both instances. The Bucks can complete a season series sweep with a win on Monday.

Attention total bettors: Milwaukee leads the NBA in pace since the restart 106 possessions per 48 minutes. The Over is 4-1 in the club’s five games in Orlando, and opponents are averaging 120.6 points per game.

Toronto Raptors

Bettors should assume head coach Nick Nurse will rest his key rotation players extensively over his team’s final three seeding games. The Raptors secured the second seed in the East with their win over the Grizzlies.

Nurse hinted to reporters following Sunday’s game that we’ll see a lot of players on the bench in action over the final three games. Be on the lookout for potential player rest spots for veterans like Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka.

Milwaukee Bucks

Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer doesn’t seem interested in changing up his rotation at all even though his side has locked up the top seed in the East. Milwaukee is notorious for restricting the minutes of Giannis Antetokounmpo. The reigning league MVP averages just 30.8 minutes per game on the campaign.

One player Coach Bud would love to see get his groove back is Donte DiVincenzo. The second year guard was a spark off the bench for most of the season, but he’s shooting just 15 percent from 3-point range over his last four games.
