No sporting event in 2018 will be watched more in North America than Sunday’s Super Bowl LII between the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles from Minneapolis. We have given you plenty of football coverage at Sports Interaction. Let’s examine some of Sports Interaction’s Super Bowl 52 entertainment prop betting.

Super Bowl 52 Entertainment Odds

It’s quite a coup for any entertainer to be chosen to perform the U.S. national anthem before a Super Bowl or be the main halftime entertainment. It’s free publicity to hundreds of millions of viewers – the NFL doesn’t pay performers because it’s considered such an honour but does cover all expenses, etc.

The national anthem will be performed by singer Pink. She was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and is a huge Eagles fan. Go check out her Twitter feed after the Eagles won the NFC title game over the Minnesota Vikings. Her single “What About Us” was up for a Grammy and her album, “Beautiful Trauma,” opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in October.

Yep, you can actually bet on how long Pink’s rendition of U.S. national anthem will take, with the over/under set at 120 seconds. Four of the past five Super Bowl anthems have gone over two minutes, but in the past 12 years combined the average length is 118 seconds. Country music star Luke Bryan last year went 124 seconds. The over is a -145 favourite for Pink.

Nothing is more embarrassing for a singer than forgetting a word during the anthem, but it happens. That Pink does so is +305 with no at -510. That she takes a knee during the singing at U.S. Bank Stadium is +270 with no at -440. You can even wager on whether any scoring drive in the game lasts longer than 120 seconds. No is a -135 favourite, but there are few better two-minute quarterbacks in NFL history than New England’s Tom Brady.

Justin Timberlake is the main halftime entertainment. This will be his third appearance, first in 2001 with Aerosmith and *NSYNC. Fans likely more remember Timberlake during Super Bowl XXXVIII three years later when he and Janet Jackson performed and there was an infamous “wardrobe malfunction” involving one of Jackson’s nipples. That became a massive story in the USA. Yep, you can bet if there’s another one this time, with no at -1000 and yes at +500.

Timberlake first became famous as a member of the boy band *NSYNC, and that the band reunites during halftime is +250 with no at -165. Which song will Timberlake perform first? “Can’t Stop The Feeling!” is the one to beat at +145.

Who will join Timberlake on stage? Most believe it will be country star and Grammy winner Chris Stapleton as he and Timberlake are good friends and collaborated on a song for Timberlake’s upcoming “Man of the Woods” album. The duo first performed “Tennessee Whiskey” at the Country Music Awards in 2015. Stapleton is known to wear hats and you can bet on which type he does with Sunday if on stage: cowboy (-400), trucker/baseball (+150) or hat-free (+300). Will Stapleton wear plaid? No is -210 and yes +150.

Super Bowl LII Entertainment Predictions

Pink’s rendition will last longer than 120 seconds, but she won’t take a knee (too political). Yes, there will be a scoring drive that is under two minutes. Timberlake will perform “Filthy” (+240) first and Stapleton wears a cowboy hat.
