Player, team and entertainment props are starting to gain more attention as we inch closer to Super Bowl LIV
Saturday, February 1
On the eve of the biggest game of the year, the majority of the action still favours the Chiefs (-2) with the 49ers having the slight edge on the moneyline (+106). The total is balanced at the current number of 54.5 points with a slight lean to the over.
One cross sport prop that is heating up the books at Sports Interaction is Carey Price saves (versus Blue Jackets) versus Jimmy Garoppolo pass attempts. Take into consideration that Price has been consistently in the NHL’s top three for most shots faced this season, currently with 1280 shots. Also, in Jimmy G’s last four games he has averaged 19 pass attempts per game, which includes the conference final versus the Packers where he attempted just eight passes.

Friday is finally here and we are officially two nights away from Super Bowl LIV.
Nothing of significance has changed odds wise at Sports Interaction. The Chiefs and 49ers are balancing the books, keeping Kansas City as 2-point favourites. The total of 54.5 has also been solid after falling off the 55.5 at midweek.
Props will be front and center in the next 48 hours. It all starts with one of the most popular props overall on the Sports Interaction board – the National anthem. Clients have been feverishly researching Demi Lovato’s past anthem events. Currently, the public likes the over of 124.5 seconds paying -140 on the site.
With a true 50/50 chance, the coin toss is leaning towards tails (-105). It should be noted in the previous 53 Super Bowl’s, tails does have the edge history wise, winning 28 of the 53 coin tosses, for a 52.83 winning percentage.
Patrick Mahomes is the heavy favourite to win the Super Bowl MVP award paying +100 to do so, but who wins the trophy is the 49ers win the big game? Tight End George Kittle seems to have some value at +1100. Kittle finished the regular season leading the 49ers in most offensive categories with 85 catches for 1053 yards and five touchdowns.

It’s finally almost THAT time. We have reached mid-week and Super Bowl LIV will kick off in Miami Sunday afternoon.
The Chiefs remain 2-point favourites over the 49ers with the total standing at 54.5 for the big game. The moneyline money has moved with the 49ers paying +110 and the Chiefs now sitting at -132.
Player, team and entertainment props are starting to gain more attention as we inch closer to the weekend. The National anthem will be sung by Demi Lavato with a song total (from the first note to the last note) of 124.5 seconds. This is one of the most popular bets at Sports Interaction with money well-balanced on both sides of the total.
Depending on which team you are backing, Quarterback’s Patrick Mahomes and Jimmy Garoppolo are taking on decent money for a couple of props. Mahomes is chalking up +1900 to score the first touchdown and is the favourite to win the MVP award at +100. There is some value in Garoppolo to score the game’s first touchdown, paying +3100, and +200 to capture the MVP trophy.
Speaking of the MVP award, interesting enough, a couple of long shots have taken some money at Sports Interaction. 49ers defensive standout Nick Bosa at +1700 is getting some consideration and the longest of long shots, 49ers kicker Robbie Gould coming in at +25600.

Tuesday, January 28
Tuesday practices have completed for the Chiefs and 49ers and Kansas City still remain a steady 2-point favourite. Money continues to come in at Sports Interaction evenly between the two teams keeping it steady on the two points.
The big news of the day was the drop in game total. Entering the morning and for the better part of the last 48+ hours the total has been consistent between 55 and 55.5 points. However, that number changed later in the day as clients at SIA bought the under, dipping the number to 54.5 points, “We had a surge of action today as a number of clients bet the under. A good guess could be that clients are thinking the 49ers defence will play a major factor in Sunday’s game,” commented a member of the Sports Interaction lines management team.
The 49ers own the second ranked defence in the NFL (281.8 yards per game). The feature of the defence is their strength against the pass, as they are the best in the league in this category holding opponents to a game average of 169.2 yards.
Monday, January 27
Sunday in Miami was arrival day for the both the Chiefs and 49ers as they prepare for Super Bowl LIV.
As of Monday nothing of significance has changed odds wise at Sports Interaction. The Chiefs are now taking 65 percent of the pointspread money at SIA, keeping Kansas City as 2-point favourites.
On the moneyline the two teams are split with the Chiefs still paying -129 and a slight tap on the 49ers number at +107 (was +103 earlier last week). Of note, San Francisco is taking 60 percent of the moneyline tickets.
The total took a slight bump from 55 points and now sits at 55.5 points. “The overall numbers have been quite steady within the last four days. It will be interesting to see if there will be any buyback from bettors supporting the 49ers,” commented a member of the Sports Interaction Line Management team.
Of note, despite the buy on the Chiefs and the over money, more clients have bet the 49ers to reach 10 points first in the big game.

There has been an unexpected bump in the line for Super Bowl LIV. Money continues to flow in on the Kansas City Chiefs and the Lines Management team at Sports Interaction have reacted by moving the number in favour of the Chiefs in the Sunday speculator. “We didn’t think this would happen until next week, but the public have spoken,” commented a member of the SIA lines team. Most of the books across North America are sitting on the Chiefs at 1/1.5-point favourites but it’s a different story at Sports Interaction as the Chiefs are now registered as 2-point favourites.
On the moneyline, the two teams are split with the Chiefs still paying -129 and a slight tap on the 49ers number at +107 (was +103).
The game total has remained in check. It opened at 52 points and made the quick move to 55. Some SIA clients have been looking at the first half total 27. There has been a slight lean to the under (-120).
Wednesday, January 22
Super Bowl LIV is just under two weeks away but the hype is real at Sports Interaction. Minutes after the 49ers completed their domination of the Packers the busy lines management team at Sports Interaction established the Chiefs versus 49ers game as a “pick” with a total of 52.
Over the next 48 to 72 hours the early public buys have been on the Kansas City spread, which currently sits at Chiefs -1.5 (-110) and 49ers on the moneyline (+103). “With two public teams battling for the Super Bowl, it’s hard to see this number moving drastically in any direction,” commented a member of the SIA lines team.
The biggest story of the early week has been the skyrocketing total on the game. It has moved a full three points since posted Sunday night. “The public is predicting a high scoring game, it will be interesting to see where this number will plateau, and when it does, will their be on some buy back?”
The 49ers (4th – 381.1) and Chiefs (6th – 379.2) both ranked in the top 10 in total offence this season and top five in points scored throughout the regular season.
