Milwaukee’s at 15-5 on the season, good for second place in the East. At 8-12 the Lakers remain outside of the Western Conference playoff picture, but are slowly picking up ground with a 6-4 stretch over their last 10.

Los Angeles is coming off a 19-point victory over Portland on Wednesday. Milwaukee has came out winners in three straight games, last playing Wednesday at New York in a 109-103 win.

Tip-off at Fiserv Forum starts at 7:30 p.m. EDT, with the home Bucks 7.5-point favourites and the total at 228.5 on the NBA odds.

Lakers vs. Bucks NBA Betting Odds

Milwaukee’s been one of the NBA’s best squads at home this season with an 11-2 record in 13 appearances. It’s been a complete struggle for the Lakers on the road too, who are both 2-6 outright and against the spread in eight road games this year. Milwaukee is also 9-4 ATS on home court.

Head-to-head, the Bucks have covered in seven of their last 10 versus the Lakers. And Los Angeles is one of many teams who have lacked success when playing at Milwaukee, winning two of their 11 trips to Wisconsin. The under is on a five-game streak in the last five Lakers–Bucks games played in Milwaukee.

Los Angeles Lakers

The Lakers reached 115 points for the third consecutive game on Wednesday, as their offence is finding its rhythm during this turnaround. LeBron James finished with a game-high 31 points, connecting on six of eight three-point attempts. James has hit 16 threes over this strong three-game stretch for L.A.

Anthony Davis picked up another double-double Wednesday with 27 points and 12 rebounds. Davis now has a double-double in eight straight games and leads the entire NBA with 12.7 rebounds per game. That’s helped the Lakers be a top-five rebounding squad this season with 45.8 per game. The Lakers have also officially entered the top half of the league when it comes to scoring, now averaging 113.1 points per game.

Milwaukee Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks in scoring for their sixth straight game in Wednesday’s win at New York, scoring a game-high 37. The two-time MVP came just short of a triple-double in the victory, registering 13 rebounds and seven assists too. Antetokounmpo has a single triple-double this season, coming back on November 4.

The Bucks allowed 103 points Wednesday, which is better than their season average of 107.4 a game — an average that is third in the NBA. Milwaukee is also the NBA’s top rebounding team with 48.8 per game, so it’s strength on strength in that area when they meet the Lakers.
