The Toronto Raptors look to remain undefeated as  against the spread (ATS) favourites when they play host to De’Aaron Fox and the Kings on Tuesday night at the Scotiabank Arena. Sacramento is 0-4 straight up and ATS in its last four games against the Dinos.

NBA Point Spread and Betting Analysis

Sacramento opened up the new season in disappointing fashion. The club began 0-5 SU and ATS, but is now starting to show some signs of life. The Kings picked up their first win of the season by downing the Utah Jazz on Friday and followed it up with a win and cover against the New York Knicks on Sunday.

They’re still just 2-8 against the number in their last 10 games dating back to the tail end of last season. Scoring points seems to be Sacramento’s biggest issue. The squad is fourth last in the NBA in points per game (101.1). The Kings’ offensive woes have been good news for Under bettors. The Under is 5-2 in their seven games this season

The Drakes haven’t played since they lost to the Bucks in Milwaukee on Saturday night. They’re still 4-0 SU & ATS when catching points on the campaign. Essentially, the NBA champions are winning the games they’re supposed to and losing the ones NBA bettors aren’t expecting them to win.

Wednesday’s game falls in the former. The Dinos are 7.5-point home favourites and about 84 percent of the spread action is coming in on the Raptors at Sports Interaction. The total opened at 218 but moved up to 219. The Under is 3-1 in Toronto’s last four contests.

Sacramento Kings

There was a lot of hype around this year’s Kings. Sacramento was forecasted by some NBA experts to make the playoffs this season. Things got off to a rocky start almost immediately when second-year big man Marvin Bagely III broke his thumb. The former Duke standout isn’t expected to be in the active roster again until December.

Toronto Raptors

Kyle Lowry has picked up where he left off in Game 7 of the NBA Finals. The All-Star point guard is averaging a career-high 24 points per game and is coming off a 36-point game against the Bucks. It’s early, but he along with Pascal Siakam (26 ppg) are picking up the scoring load with Kawhi Leonard now in LA.
