Former Lost star Matthew Fox is in some trouble when, in a drunken stupor, he allegedly tried to board a party bus and attacked the female driver when she informed him that he was not invited.

The 45-year-old actor is accused of punching Heather Bormann in the early hours of Sunday morning when she refused to let him on a bus that had been rented by a bachelor party in Cleveland, Ohio. Fox happened to be in the area shooting the movie, I, Alex Cross.

The bus was parked near a bar called Shooters at about 1:30 a.m. when Fox tried to get on. Reportedly, before attempting to board her bus, Fox had approached several other drivers asking them if they could take him back to his hotel.

“He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar,” Bormann said an interview with Cleveland Plain Dealer Monday afternoon. “I told him, ‘Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You have to get off my vehicle.’ I told him three times. He never said a word. He just looked at me.”

The 29-year-old bus driver added that he was “inebriated” when the altercation happened.

She told website TMZ: “I told him several times that he was trespassing, that it was a private party. He never said a word to me, he just stood there staring at me. He was inebriated and the smell of him was like a bar. After the third time I told him to get off my bus, he just stepped in for a right hook to my pelvis area and started wailing on me like I was a man.

“I had no idea who he was at the time. I did not know until after he was in custody. I’m pressing charges. Assault is wrong, I really do feel violated. He was hitting me in places I didn’t think anybody would hit me… my breast area, my pelvis area.”

Bormann claimed in an interview with TMZ that she hit the actor back. “I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards.” Adding, “This was the only was I could protect myself…from a man beating up on a woman.”

Fox had to be pulled away by three men and he was detained by an off-duty police officer until law enforcement arrived. He was arrested, but later released. Reportedly, cops are continuing to investigate, but Heather Bormann confirmed she will be pressing charges, but has yet to determine whether or not she’ll file a civil suit.
